Unity skinned mesh renderer disappear

7 When I import a model which have skinned mesh renderers inside some parts. I need those parts to be a distinct prefab so I can instantiate late via script. I tried to drag those part away from the model and it got disappear after I choose root bone to none (because when you instantiate, it can not have root bone). ---I have been having an issue with the skinned mesh renderer where the mesh is visible in the editor until I hit play, once I hit play the mesh is gone for good both in play mode and in the editor.
